With the help of the Economic Development team, the economic conditions for doing business are to be created or improved. This includes all measures towards the optimization of factors that positively influence the choice of where to do business.
Kaiserslautern's Economic Development team (German acronym: WFK) sees itself as a partner for start-ups and established companies. Amongst other things, it is responsible for marketing the City and the region, which is accompanied by a "branding" of the City and region of Kaiserslautern. This is done in the form of further positive development of the City and the region into an attractive business location.
