Low-barrier circular route "Stiftswalder Forsthaus"

Under the motto "Exercise for all - family-friendly, barrier-free and senior-friendly," you will find low-barrier routes in the forest. On well-signposted paths, it is easier to start walking, hiking, Nordic walking, rolling or even running.

If you arrive by public transport, take the SWK line 101, destination Warmfreibad, to the stop "Schule am Beilstein". From there it is a few 100 meters to the starting point.

Starting from the small parking lot Entersweiler Mühle on the L504, a circular trail of 4.8 kilometers awaits you here, which can be shortened at kilometer 2.3 and kilometer 2.7.

Numerous benches along the way invite you to take a break.

A forest area that is close to the city and easy to reach was deliberately chosen for the trail. Its scenic attractiveness as well as the bright, clear location will satisfy the safety needs of senior citizens and families. Numerous signs along the way provide easy orientation.

The low-barrier trails are a joint project of the Senior Citizens' Advisory Council of the City of Kaiserslautern, the Represantive for the disabled of the City of Kaiserslautern, the Tourist Information Office, the Forestry Office Kaiserslautern and the state initiative "Rheinland Pfalz - Land in Bewegung".
