The zoo of Kaiserslautern is a popular destination in the western outskirts of the city of Kaiserslautern.
At the moment, the zoo owns on its area of approx. 17 acres approx. 110 animal species and 508 wild and domestic animals. The playground with a nature adventure trail for our young visitors as well as restaurant round off the adventurous day in the zoo of Kaiserslautern.
In order to gain a realistic insight into the zoo of Kaiserslautern, it steadily offers professionally guided tours, which are also well accepted by children on the occasion of children birthday parties or by kindergartens. The tours are also available in english language.
