Fritz Walter Regular’s table
The most famous son of the city would have been amazed: the Fritz Walter Regular’s Table was an international public attraction during the World Cup in Kaiserslautern.

Here the fans of all nations met to celebrate. At times the square in front of the Stiftskirche was lit up by the yellow of the “Socceroos” jerseys, then the Italian Azzuri plunged the square into a deep blue, at times the guests from Trinidad & Tobago created a Caribbean flair. Things always remained peaceful, the people of Kaiserslautern were always there and almost everyone heard from a guest at least once: “We love you, Kaiserslautern!“
