City executive board

The city executive board consists of the Lord Mayor, the mayor and the councilors.

The chairman in the sessions of the city executive board is the Lord Mayor. Among the tasks of the city executive board are the approval of determining the agenda for the sessions of the city council and quick decisions by the Lord Mayor, the clarification of basic questions and affairs which span different departments. The Lord Mayor prepares the decisions of the city council in agreement with the city executive board.
